A standard consultation is required before any vaccination to confirm suitability. This fee is typically ฿300 – ฿600 and is separate from vaccine cost.
Where an international certificate is required (e.g., Yellow Fever), this may be a separate administrative fee of ฿300 – ฿600.
Many corporate and expat medical plans reimburse vaccinations. Lotus Azure can provide documentation for claims.
Some vaccines (Yellow Fever, JE, Rabies) require lead time or multiple appointments. Prices are confirmed at booking.
All vaccination services at Lotus Azure are provided under licensed medical supervision using Thai FDA (Ministry of Public Health) registered vaccines, and are handled, stored and administered in accordance with Ministry of Public Health regulations and manufacturer cold-chain standards.
Vaccinations are performed strictly as licensed medical procedures following mandatory medical screening, suitability assessment and informed consent, taking into account medical history, age, pregnancy status, allergies, immune conditions and concurrent medications. Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate medical and travel information prior to vaccination.
Vaccination records and international certificates are issued where applicable for travel, employment, education, insurance and immigration purposes. Certificate formats, acceptance and regulatory requirements vary by destination country and issuing authority.
Certain vaccines may require advance scheduling, multiple doses, lead times prior to travel or passport verification depending on destination regulations.
Vaccine availability and brand selection are subject to Thai FDA approvals and national supply conditions.
Lotus Azure does not guarantee visa issuance, border entry approval or acceptance of medical documentation by foreign authorities, as such decisions remain under the sole discretion of the respective embassy, government or immigration authority.
Clients are advised to remain under observation for the recommended post-vaccination period. Emergency response protocols are in place in accordance with Ministry of Public Health clinical safety standards.
Vaccination records are securely maintained in accordance with Ministry of Public Health record retention requirements.
Lotus Azure reserves the right to defer or decline vaccination if medical suitability criteria are not met.
