การตรวจ ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase) เป็นการทดสอบทางห้องปฏิบัติการที่ใช้ในการวัดระดับเอนไซม์ ALT ในเลือด เอนไซม์ ALT พบมากในเซลล์ตับ และมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเผาผลาญกรดอะมิโน เมื่อเซลล์ตับได้รับความเสียหายหรือถูกทำลาย เอนไซม์ ALT จะถูกปล่อยออกมาในกระแสเลือด

ALT เป็นเอนไซม์ที่ร่างกายใช้ในการเผาผลาญโปรตีนเป็นพลังงาน เอนไซม์ ALT พบมากในตับ แต่สามารถพบในอวัยวะอื่นๆ ได้ด้วยเล็กน้อยโดยปกติระดับ ALT พบได้ในกระแสเลือดปริมาณเล็กน้อย แต่หากตับได้รับความเสียหายหรือทำงานบกพร่องอาจตรวจพบ ALT ในกระแสเลือดมากกว่าปกติ

ค่าปกติของ ALT ไม่ควรเกินกว่า 40 IU/L มิเช่นนั้น อาจแสดงถึงอาการตับอักเสบ

Liver Function Test: AST and ALT

The ALT (Alanine Aminotransferase) test is a laboratory procedure used to measure the level of the ALT enzyme in the blood. The ALT enzyme is primarily found in liver cells and plays a crucial role in the metabolism of amino acids. When liver cells are damaged or destroyed, the ALT enzyme is released into the bloodstream.

Indications for Testing ALT is an enzyme used by the body to metabolize proteins into energy. Although it is mainly found in the liver, it can also be present in small amounts in other organs. Normally, ALT levels are low in the bloodstream, but if the liver is damaged or functioning improperly, increased levels of ALT may be detected in the blood.

Normal Values of ALT The normal value for ALT should not exceed 40 IU/L. Higher levels may indicate liver inflammation.

Eligibility: This service is available to both Thai nationals and foreigners residing in Thailand (EXPATs). Prices and conditions for individual tests may vary depending on the residency status.

Inclusions: The fee for individual tests includes charges for the doctor’s services and standard administrative costs associated with the administration of the test at Lotus Azure Clinic.

Exclusions: The quoted price for individual tests does not include any additional diagnostic examinations that may be required due to abnormal results from the initial tests.

Usage Restrictions: Individual tests are to be conducted on a single individual per appointment. Tests cannot be transferred or shared among multiple persons.

Promotion Period: The availability of promotional pricing for individual tests extends from Jan 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. All tests must be booked within this period to qualify for promotional rates..

Validity Period for Tests: Once purchased, the individual tests must be utilized between November 2, 2024, and March 31, 2025. It is essential to schedule and conduct the tests within this validity period.

Modification of Terms: Lotus Azure Medical Services holds the right to amend the terms and conditions or withdraw any promotional offerings without prior notice. Such changes will be communicated effectively to all affected clients.

Cancellation and Refund: Specific details on the cancellation of test appointments and the corresponding refund policies will be clearly outlined and made available at the time of booking.
