The Lotus Azure Medical Service (Saha Clinic)

These Medical Service Terms & Conditions govern the provision of medical examinations, diagnostic services, laboratory testing, clinical screening, vaccinations, and related healthcare services provided by The Lotus Azure Medical Service (Saha Clinic) (“Lotus Azure”).

By accessing this website, submitting an appointment request, or receiving medical services at our facility, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Medical Services

All services are provided as regulated medical services in accordance with the Medical Facility Act, Thai Ministry of Public Health regulations, and applicable professional medical standards.

Website information is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Medical services are provided only after in-person clinical evaluation and formal medical consent.

2. Appointments and Registration

Appointments are subject to availability and service category.
Patients must present valid identification and required documents at registration.
Walk-in services may be accepted subject to operational capacity and clinical appropriateness.

3. Medical Examinations and Medical Reports

All examinations are conducted by licensed medical professionals.
Medical reports are issued based on clinical findings and regulatory protocols applicable to the requested service.
Report formats, content and validity are determined by regulatory, embassy, employer, or institutional requirements.
Lotus Azure does not guarantee acceptance of medical reports by third parties beyond applicable regulatory frameworks.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees are determined by service category and published pricing.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fees are non-refundable once medical services have been rendered.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointment changes should be communicated in advance.
Missed appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability and clinic policy.

6. Patient Responsibilities

Patients must provide complete and accurate personal, medical and documentation information.
Lotus Azure shall not be responsible for delays, report revisions or re-examinations resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information provided by patients.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lotus Azure shall not be liable for:

  •  Rejection of reports by external institutions
  • Delays caused by government, embassy, employer or third-party systems
  • Consequences arising from misuse, alteration or unauthorized disclosure of medical reports
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising outside the clinic’s direct control

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and the clinic’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

10. Amendments

Lotus Azure reserves the right to amend these Terms to reflect regulatory, legal or operational changes. Updated Terms will be published on this website.

11. Force Majeure

Lotus Azure shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing medical services caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government restrictions, system outages, or acts of public authorities.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
